MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL® CASTS SAN ANTONIO ACTRESSES
Resuming September 12, 2007 until October 21

7 Shows each week, including 5:30pm Sunday

Seen by more than eight million people in nine countries, the original off-Broadway sensation Menopause The Musical® (MTM) is coming to San Antonio, opening at the Cameo Center on May 3.

A local cast plans to repeat the international success of the show, which began its life in Florida in 2001 as the menopause-induced spark of author Jeanie Linders.

The show centers on four women, Earth Mother, Soap Star, Power Woman and Iowa Housewife, who meet at a Bloomingdale's lingerie sale. Tackling themes such as hot flashes and chocolate binges with re-lyricized pop songs, the musical inspires women to embrace menopause and recognize that this time of life is about looking forward.

Show times are:

Wednesdays through Fridays at 7:30p

Saturdays at 2p and 7:30p

Sundays at 2p and 5:30p

Single tickets are $39.50 and available online at MenopauseTheMusical.com or by calling 210-569-0560.

Groups, including Girls' Night Out groups of 10 or more, can book now by calling 1-888-440-6662, extension 9.

Men also enthusiastically relate to the show. Whether it's the familiar music, the side splitting humor or the unmistakable menopausal traits they recognize, they enjoy it immensely.
